With faith and faith-based instruction are an integral part of our Christian drug treatment program at Transformations Treatment Center, we wouldn't be able to truly help you get sober if we didn't educate you on the science of your disease. Learning how your drug addiction affects your body physically is an important part in overcoming your addiction and staying sober. You will learn how your drug of choice (and other drugs as well) affect your body chemistry and its physical effects on your internal organs. It is a lot harder to pick up your drug of choice once you have learned what, exactly, it does to your body.
