Transformations Treatment Center is a 30 to 90 day drug and alcohol treatment program that offers luxury apartments with private rooms during treatment. Our program is designed to help individuals transform from active drug and alcohol abuse to a clean, sober, and successful lifestyle.

We offer a wide variety of therapeutic programs to meet each of our client's needs. Our customized treatment plans ensure that each of our clients are provided with the necessary tools to stay clean and sober, build healthy relationships, find employment, and become completely self-sufficient.

Our three-phase step down program was designed by individuals who have years of experience in the inpatient treatment component and the transitional housing component. After seeing the successes and failures of the two components, Transformations Treatment Center has combined the best of the two components to ensure maximum efficiency.

Drug rehabilitation has proven successful over the years because people who have the disease of addiction and alcoholism truly want to stop using drugs and alcohol. Transformations Treatment Center helps the addict or alcoholic explore why they began using chemicals and why they have not been able to stop using. From that point, we educate the client on how to remain abstinent from all mind or mood altering substances and equip them with the necessary tools to achieve long term sobriety.

Christian Drug Treatment

Transformations Treatment Center, in addition to their standard drug addiction and alcoholism treatment program, has a Christ-centered approach to drug addiction treatment that patients at Transformations Treatment Center can choose to help them overcome their drug addictions and lead a sober lifestyle.  Christian drug treatment has proven to be a highly successful form of drug addiction rehabilitation and the staff at Transformations Treatment Center is very proud of the program they have put together.

Studies have shown that drug addicts who chose a faith-based approach to addiction recovery are more likely to avoid relapse and stay sober.  Christian drug treatment, especially, has had a very high rate of success.  When taking part in the Christian drug treatment program at Transformations Treatment Center, clients will learn and take part in the following:

Drug and Alcohol Individual Counseling

While we will certainly help you overcome your physical addiction to drugs or alcohol, we are committed to helping you overcome your psychological addiction to drugs or alcohol as well. Every expert on drug addiction rehabilitation insists that counseling/therapy is a necessary part of getting sober. Without understanding your psychological motivation to seek drugs or alcohol you won't truly be able to overcome your drug addiction and alcoholism. At Transformations Treatment Center we have highly trained and motivated substance abuse counselors to help you understand the psychological roots of your drug addiction and alcoholism. Together you and your substance abuse counselor will work to figure out what sends you reaching for your drug of choice. The two of you will work on confronting your problems head on and finding the strength to say no to your addiction.

Drug and Alcohol Group Counseling

In addition to individual drug and alcohol abuse counseling sessions, we at the Transformations Treatment Center facilitate group counseling sessions to supplement your individual counseling sessions. We feel that group counseling is an essential part of any Christian drug treatment center. Many drug addicts find group counseling intimidating at first, but the truth is that the trust built up through group counseling sessions will help you learn how to effectively communicate with other people. In group drug and alcohol counseling your group will work on learning how to express emotions openly and trust others. You and your group will work together to build a safe community in which you can talk about your addiction and recovery process with others who are going through the same thing.

Pastoral Counseling for Addicts and Alcoholics

Pastoral Counseling is a cornerstone of the Christian drug treatment program here at Transformations Treatment Center. We believe that learning to find and strengthen your faith is essential to staying sober after you have left rehab. Together you and your pastoral counselor will work on learning how to find faith in the "regular" world when you have left rehab. You will learn how to pray and learn how to use the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ to find inspiration when you are tempted to relapse.

Christ-Centered Twelve Step Program

The twelve steps were first developed by Alcoholics Anonymous in the 1930s and since then they have been adopted by drug addiction treatment programs all over the world-both Christian drug treatment centers and non-faith-based programs alike. The Christ-centered twelve step program here at Transformations Treatment Center involves the twelve steps you might already be familiar with and teaches you how to combine them with the Biblical teachings and the teachings of Jesus Christ to help you get and stay sober.

Church Attendance

We at Transformations Treatment Center are proud to be able to provide the opportunity of regular church attendance for the clients taking part in our Christian drug treatment program. Church is available for everyone (whether they are involved in the Christian drug treatment program or our non-faith-based rehabilitation programs) and regular church attendance has proven to be beneficial for recovering addicts of every stripe. The truth is that regular church attendance helps foster a sense of trust and provides recovering addicts with a built in supportive community that they can lean on as they work to get sober. The regular schedule of church services provides you with a structured schedule that you can rely on and that is easily replicated once you leave drug and alcohol treatment!

Education in Chemical Dependency

With faith and faith-based instruction are an integral part of our Christian drug treatment program at Transformations Treatment Center, we wouldn't be able to truly help you get sober if we didn't educate you on the science of your disease. Learning how your drug addiction affects your body physically is an important part in overcoming your addiction and staying sober. You will learn how your drug of choice (and other drugs as well) affect your body chemistry and its physical effects on your internal organs. It is a lot harder to pick up your drug of choice once you have learned what, exactly, it does to your body.

While the Christian drug treatment recovery program at Transformations Treatment Center is Christian-based and uses the teachings of the Bible and Jesus Christ to inspire clients to get and stay sober, it is important to note that Transformations Treatment Center's Christian drug treatment program welcomes people of all faiths. The staff and program do not discriminate or promote one set of beliefs as being "better" than another.

The program centers on the Christian faith but everyone is welcome to participate in the program and learn how to find trust and strength in a higher power-whatever that higher power may be.
